ULTRASOUND SCANNING
Mr Rajah has extensive experience in fertility, gynaecological and early pregnancy ultrasound scanning including:
Fertility
- Transvaginal assessment scan – to assess ovarian reserve and the pelvis for the presence of gynaecological conditions that may impact fertility
- Hysterosalpingo Contrast Sonography (HyCoSy) – to assess the patency of the Fallopian tubes
- Saline Infusion Sonohysterography (SIS) – to assess the uterine cavity (inside of the womb)
Gynaecological
- Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound scans to investigate pelvic pain and abnormal periods as well as routine screening to detect any abnormalities within the ovaries and uterus
Early pregnancy
- Transvaginal scan to detect early pregnancy complications including miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy
